Terms & Conditions for Curieuse & St Pierre

  • The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone this trip in the event of bad weather or sea conditions that may put at risk the safety of the passengers and crew.
  • The company will not cancel a trip or entertain any refunds during the time period less than 24 hours to trip start, if the guests decide on their part to cancel or not participate by personal judgement on weather conditions other than that of a call to cancel by the company.
  • Payment is done online via credit cards (visa or Mastercard) we do not accept payments from American express cards.
  • For last minutes reservation whereby, a payment could not be done online, guest will have to contact us, and arrangements made to pay to the skipper prior to boarding boat provided there is availability for that day.
  • Cutoff time for online bookings is 48 hrs prior to trip.
  • A full payment for this trip is done through our online booking system.
  • Any passengers sensitive to seasickness are strongly advised to take motion sickness tablets or any similar prescription prior to trip. Some days the travelling time will extend slightly depending on changing sea conditions.
  • As a general rule Sea conditions will be calm around the months of February to April and October to December Sea conditions will be rough in the months from May to September and occasionally in January.
  • We have offered a special transfer fee from hotel to boat and back to hotel after trip. Transfers must be purchased while booking online.
  • Please ensure that if you are arriving by your own means of transport, that consideration is given to drive time to reach our starting location in Grand Anseon time for boarding. (Refer to location on google maps)
  • Any severe health allergies or medical issues including pregnancy must be advised truthfully whilst booking the trip.
  • It is very important for each guest to respect time plan and program plan laid out by our guides as to respect entire group satisfaction.
  • Passengers are strictly advised to listen to the safety protocols and advice given to all passengers whilst on and off the boat. This company will not be held responsible for any accidents arising due to negligence other than that arising if any due to negligence of the operator of the vessel.
  • This company will not be held liable for loss of personal items or belongings during trip.It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure all personal items and equipment are with them at all times.
  • Passengers are advised to travel as light as possible with no sharp objects, large luggage, weapons or illegal drugs.
  • Group excursions are subject to availability of guests. A minimum of 6 adults for this tour to be possible.
  • Our cancellation policy is as follows:
    Above 24hrs to excursion start 50% refundable.
    24hrs or less to excursion start or no show. No refund.
  • This company will not be liable to any bank charges that incur while effecting cancellations refund.
  • For any cancellation refund the settlement will take 3 -6 days to complete.
  • Food served is a fixed grilled BBQ of fresh fish, chicken, rice and tropical salads and fruits. Our special transfer price to boat and back to hotel is a reduced price compared to other services available transfer must be booked online.
