Terms And Conditions For Fishing

• This trip is starting from Praslin island only.
• Guest can arrive to our starting location in Grand Anse, Praslin by their own means, rental car, or purchase and benefit from our special transfer rate to and from your hotel.
• Payment for any trip is paid partially online by a valid visa or Mastercard reflecting 20% of the total cost and the final portion of payment is made before boarding boat at the start of the trip.
• The last portion of payment will bear a charge of 2.5% if effected by credit card. Last portion of payment can be paid in cash too. In Eur, US Dollars or Seychelles rupees.
• We do not accept payments by American express card.
• A guest can cancel and get fully refunded for any payments processed without any charges at any time greater than 48hrs to trip start.
• Any cancelations claimed less than 48 hours to start of trip, full deposit payment retained. (20% of total trip cost.)
• Angel tours reserves the right to cancel or postpone any fishing trip if the weather and sea conditions is unsafe for the activity. In this case any partial or full payment will be refunded to guest.
• Angel tours reserves the right to postpone and/or fully refund the guest for the trip cost if the vessel is experiencing mechanical or technical issues.
• Angel tours will not cancel or postpone a trip if the guest finds the weather inappropriate, it will be up to the company to decide unsafe weather in which case the cancellation fee will apply if guest insist on cancelling the trip.
• Weather is very unpredictable in the tropics and it can change very quickly on certain days. The company will not entertain any refunds if guest decides to terminate the trip short and head back. This is also true if guest decides to come back from being seasick.
• The company will not be liable for any loss or damage to guest’s personal property, jewelry and electrical appliances. Guest must ensure they come with minimum items and be aware of possibility of getting wet from splashes from waves and rainwater.
• The company will not entertain any refunds for a poor catch, or no fish caught. Some fishing trips will be more successful than others depending on seasons of the year and other scientific factors beyond our control.
• All billfish is to be released in helping us with our national billfish conservation program.
• No alcohol is included in the trips price. Guest can purchase online with us while booking. we advise a few cold beers as the most convenient on a fishing trip. We offer in the purchase package for selection.
• The starting time and finishing time are strict and any extra hours may be purchased duringthe trip and paid at end of trip if the boat is available on that day. Under no circumstance will the skipper extend the fishing duration if fishing is slow or any other reason for that matter.
• Fish caught and kept on all trips is shared by the company and guest with guest taking a small portion for tasting on holiday. Fish caught is not allowed to be sold to any third party by guest after trip, according to the law of boat charter operator.
